Off Season Requirements

All draft (aka unfranchised) players are required to attend & participate in at least one tryout event, and must compete in at least one drill in order to be eligible for drafting.

Tryout Fee: $35 Per Player (one-time, paid in cash at tryout or to team owner)

Pro Tryout Events

• Combine Tryout #1, Sun 6/27 @ 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Combine Tryout #2, Sat 7/3 @ 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

TRYOUTS FOR SEASON XI ARE OVER. PLAYERS MUST NOW OPT-OUT OF TRYOUTS IN ORDER TO ENTER THE RFB XI PRO DRAFT.

Tryout Opt-Out

Players may elect to opt-out of tryouts, but will need to pay a non-refundable opt-out fee of $50 in order to do so. Opting-out of tryouts will NOT guarantee you are drafted onto a team. Players who opt-out are still subject to receive their RFB Pro Active T-Shirt (must be collected at either combines or at the draft).

Draft

The draft is our official event in which owners will meet in order to select which players they wish to elect onto their team. Players are recommend to attend in order to increase their chances of being drafted, however, it is not required of any player to attend the draft. Guests are welcome to attend as well (with purchase of a guest ticket).

Pro Season

The flagship of the Battleground, “Pro Season”, is back for its most epic season yet. Last year, team Venom dominated their way to a Premier X championship title, however, with the return of some familiar, championship-caliber faces, the addition of some brand-new, hungry franchises…and the rebuilding (or refocusing) of our existing teams…only time will tell who will have the claim for the Premier XI Championship prize!

Covid-19 Protocol

All attendees at events will be temperature-screened upon arrival. We ask that any attendee who has suffered from any cold/flu-like symptoms within 2 weeks prior to the event please stay home in order to protect our community from possible exposure to the virus. We cannot guarantee a 100% covid-free environment for anyone attending our games or events, attendees must assume all-risk and take extra precaution in wearing a mask and social distancing. Free hand sanitizer will be provided at every event.

All attendees are required to wear a mask at all times at the facility. Every player will be provided a face mask included with their registration and must wear it during games, no exceptions.

Pro Season Fee (Tryout Fee Not Included)

• Early Bird: $125, Due 7/23 @ 11:59 PM
• Regular: $135, Due 7/30 @ 11:59 PM
• Late Fee: $145, Due 8/6 @ 11:59 PM

Failure to pay season fee in full by 8/6 will result in a complete termination of your season registration, and prevent you from being able to compete further for the entirety of the season.

Championship Prize

• Premier XI Championship Trophy (awarded to the owner of the championship team)
• Premier XI Champion Medal (awarded to each active player of the championship team)
• Premier XI Champion T-Shirt (awarded to the owner and to each active player on the roster of the championship team)
• Premier XI Champion Certificate (awarded to each active player on the roster of the championship team)
• $5,000 Cash Award ($1,500 directly to the owner & $3,500 split evenly amongst every active player on the roster of the championship team)
